Jigs and Fixtures
AJW Solutions (UK) Ltd has over 30 years experience in the supply of Jig and Fixtures. We can supply various solutions, from simple Fixtures or Jigs to complex Jigs and Tooling.
Below is a sample of a Jig Tool we supplied for machining gearbox pads when still fitted on the aircraft. It has two off 240 Volt motors which are inverters giving speed control all locked in a control cabinet. So once set can only be changed by staff who have authorised access to the key. Also this means we can use a 110 volt industry supply as HSE requirement in Hanger and lots of sites.
