AJW Solutions (UK) Ltd offer tool control solutions. From fully foamed out solutions with tally box or tally boards. We offer quality tool solution control as depicted so all tools are placed back in same place. Easy to see if an item is missing and makes production easer as all the tools required to do a job can be supplied in a kit. We can also offer fully computer controlled solutions.
The same solution can be used as part of 5s solutions and continuous improvement, as we can supply kits and tools so the operators have the right tools at hand to do the job and a place to store them. So no need to waste time looking for the right tools to do the job, as they are already at hand.
